Completely made of stainless steel, this electric feather duster has an engine with a rotation of 900 rpm. It is thus resistant and adapts perfectly to all types of poultry. In order to have optimal peeling, animals should be immersed in water between 50°C and 70°C for a few minutes depending on the animals. Once this step is done, place the animal on the roller of the feather duster, the rubber fingers will remove the feathers during the rotation.
Caution: if the water temperature is too low, the feathers will be difficult to remove. Conversely, if it is too high, the skin will be browned and can tear off during manipulation.
Once the animal has been plucked, immerse it in cold water to preserve its sanitary quality.
Temperatures according to poultry:
- Chickens: 65-70°C for 30-45 sec
- Geese: 65-70°C for 60-120 sec
- Ducks: 62-68°C for 60-120 sec
Can pluck poultry up to 5kg.
