To make your partner fall in love with you: An original idea for a Valentine's Day menu!

Valentine's Day is coming up and you want to make your other half fall in love with you with a more original idea. This time avoid going to a restaurant. Preparing a delicious homemade menu is one of the best ways to celebrate this moment. Are you ready to give it a try and enjoy these quick and easy healthy recipes for a perfect evening of love? Here's the perfect menu, starter, main course and dessert, to celebrate lovers' day in style.

For starters: mini chicken and vegetable kebabs with spicy yoghurt marinade

Brochette de Poulet

For these appetizers for two, you need chicken breasts, a courgette, button mushrooms, peppers (red and yellow), mint leaves, half a lemon, plain yoghurt, various spices including cumin powder, cardamom powder, coriander powder, pepper, curry powder and salt.

Start by preparing the marinade by mixing the yoghurt, lemon juice and spices. Once peppered, put half of this mixture in a soup plate. Now dice the chicken breasts and marinate them in the mixture for a good 30 minutes. Drain the pieces afterwards and thread them onto the skewers.

Now prepare the vegetable skewers from the garden kitchen. First, turn the oven to the grill position. Cut the peppers into small rectangles, blanch them in boiling water and then put them in ice water. Cut the courgette into fairly thick slices, which you will dip into boiling water with the mushrooms for two minutes and then into cold water. Once cooled, pour the rest of the lemon juice, olive oil, a little salt, curry powder and pepper over the slices. Alternate the vegetables on a skewer and let them marinate. It is time to grill the skewers for about ten minutes. Add the chopped mint leaves to the remaining marinade to accompany the grilled meat.

Main course: beetroot gnocchi with nut sauce

To prepare the gnocchi you need potatoes, cooked beetroot, flour, olive oil and salt. The nut sauce requires SOY Cuisine Rice, walnut kernels, walnut oil, chives, salt and pepper. Start by cooking the potatoes in boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Then mash them with the beetroot and mix the mash with the flour. Put oil on your hands to prevent the dough from sticking when making the gnocchi. Boil salted water with olive oil to cook the 2 cm slices for about 2 minutes. For the sauce, simply blend all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture and heat over low heat for 5 minutes.

For dessert: vanilla red fruit tiramisu

To end a wonderful romantic dinner for two, the red fruit tiramisu will make a perfect dessert. You need raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants, a packet of Breton cakes, vanilla Danette, cold whipping cream, redcurrant jelly, powdered sugar, a tablespoon of kirsch. Put all the fruit in pieces with the powdered sugar in a bowl. Set aside a large bowl in the fridge for the whipped cream afterwards.

Crumble the Breton cakes into larger pieces and pour the kirsch over them. Melt the redcurrant jelly. Put the Danette cakes in a bowl and gently add the whipped cream while keeping it light. For the presentation, place the redcurrant jelly, the debris of the cakes and the red fruit salad from the bottom of the glass. Crown with the light cream.

Once you have concocted your menu, all you have to do is enjoy it with your partner!
