The SAFEED double pest control hens feeder weighs 9kg is ideal for protecting food from pests such as rodents or birds. Made of galvanized sheet metal, this feeder can hold 50kg of food and is equipped with two PVC pedals, unique, on both sides, that operate the mechanism allowing access to food. The latter are 46cm long and make no noise so as not to frighten the chickens. This system allows two hens to feed at the same time on each side of the feeder.
The pedals operate according to the weight of the hens or poultry fed, 3 adjustment points are possible depending on the animals fed. Because rodents are too light to pedal, grains are protected, clean and dry in a container with an airtight closure.
The stainless steel spring ensures the return of the pedal in the closed position. This mechanism avoids food waste. Equipped with windows on each side, at 1/3 of the height, you can thus monitor the filling level of your double pest control hens feeder.
