Electric skimmer 140L - KURTSAN

This electric skimmer features a stainless steel bowl that holds up to 12L of milk. Its 70W engine can process up to 140 litres of milk per hour. Connected to mains (220V/50-60Hz), it has a continuous working time of 1h, to use it again, it is advisable to let it cool for at least one hour. You can get more or less thick cream depending on your preferences thanks to the adjustment key.

Energy-efficient and quiet (56dB), this 12L electric skimmer has an ergonomic structure, non-slip feet and easy attachment of the bowl, making it easy to use, in addition to the durable plastic housing.

In order to obtain optimal results, milk must be incorporated at a temperature between 35°c and 40°C if it cannot be incorporated as soon as it leaves the udder. Equipped with 21 plates in the drum, the separation process is accelerated and allows to obtain more cream.
