Manual meat grinder n°8 - Reber

Whether it is to make pâtés, merguez, sausages, sausages or minced steak, this manual grinder in tinned iron comes with a knife and a 4.5mm grid of 6cm diameter. Scalable, it can accommodate other sizes of grids to make hash of different sizes. It is equipped with a clamping attachment with integrated vice to hang it on the table for better stability. The worm screw can be disassembled during cleaning.

Tip: Clean your grinder with hot water and soap. Do not use abrasive products as they may damage the equipment.

The grid provided is only for muscle without nerve or fat.
