Electric skimmer 140L - MILKY

This electric skimmer can process up to 140L of milk per hour. Separating cream from skim milk, it is ideal for use at home and is compatible with all types of milk (cow, goat, sheep). The percentage of cream obtained varies between 8% and 12% depending on the composition of the milk and the temperature. The bowl, discs as well as all outputs are made of food grade aluminum. The body is made of plastic, which makes it easy to clean. For optimal results, milk must be incorporated at a temperature between 30°C and 35°C; the temperature at which it leaves the udder.
