The 12kg feeder in galvanized sheet, 1mm thick, is ideal for outdoor use. It resists rust and its rain protection system protects food from the elements.
In addition, it is equipped with a pedal through which the hens can access the grains (via the weight they put on it). This prevents unwanted animals from reaching the food, being too light to operate the mechanism. It is possible to adjust the sensitivity of the pedal according to the animals fed (hens, ducks, pheasants, etc.).
This pedal is made of mesh plastic for easy maintenance. The pedal and lid, also made of plastic, have been given an anti-UV treatment to ensure their durability. The feeder fills up for easier use.
