Shipping & Returns

Shipping Delays :

Depending on the products our general shipping times are between 2 and 14 days depending of the country of delivery. All our orders are prepared within 2 to 3 open days. 

Shipping Carriers :

DPD Europe is our main carrier for orders up to 30kg. For orders over this weight packages are shipped with oversized carriers like GLS, UPS, DHL... 

The indicated carriers and shipping times are only informative and could be longer depending on the time of the year, the business of our store and many other factors. If your order is delayed you will be informed by our customer service ahead of time.

Returns :

You have 14 days after receipt to make a return request. The costs of returns are at your expense unless the product delivered is defective. If the product is defective please make a return request via your customer area.

Attention: all returns must be requested via the customer service. Any package returned without information will not be accepted.
